The position is also responsible for on-boarding our physicians and clinical staff and tracking benefits, PTO, and allotments for travel, dues and education. The person in this role must show attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy and follow-up. Please note, this role is on-site, not remote or hybrid. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in healthcare and has had prior experience with medical credentialing at both facilities and with payors. The person in this role must be well organized, have proficiency with Excel and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This individual will also participate in the on-boarding of new providers and must be able to interact in a positive way with Hospital staff, the billing company and our care providers. We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of ten (10) multiple fast-paced urgent care centers in Gwinnett County, GA. The Practice Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring our centers run efficiently, deliver exceptional patient care, and meet operational and financial goals. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize workflows, and drive performance across multiple locations. The urgent care centers are open seven (7) days a week from 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Practice Administrator is expected to be on-site at one (1) of the Centers (Candidate can choose their permanent location but will be expected to travel to other locations as needed in order to handle problems, staffing and emergencies. Our primary directive is to provide the community with services even during pandemics and inclement weather. Each Center has a dedicated Manager to handle day to day staffing and operations. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical practice management with familiarity with operations, credentialing, front desk and billing.
